Michael Fay

CEO

With a BA in Science and Technology, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, having over 35 years’ experience in the IT industry including over three decades in electronic printing and mailing. Michael was originally the Operations Director of Freight Computer Services, the wholly-owned computer processing company of the National Freight Corporation. In 1975, he played a leading role in setting up FCS Laser Mail to meet the high volume printing requirements of the parent group.

Kevin Williams

COO

Kevin has been with the Company for over 37 years and has an abundance of experience in the data processing, print and mail environment. He was instrumental in the management buyout negotiated in 1996 and appointed Director of Facilities & Corporate Solutions following the acquisition. He has since played an integral part in nurturing the evolvement of the Company from very humble beginnings to the extremely successful business it has now become.

Steve Beeching

Managing Director

With over 29 years’ experience at FCS, Steve has progressed from being an apprentice programmer to his current role as Managing Director. During that time, he has built an enviable reputation for developing robust working relationships based on trust, honesty and integrity. Steve has a wealth of hands-on experience in every single aspect of print and enclosing, and has considerable expertise in production and purchasing, IT, composition and sales.

James Kirby

Director

James has been with the company for over 35 years and became Business Development Manager for the Laser Mail division in 1994 and a Director of FCS in 2012. Throughout his career, James has acquired a wealth of experience in transactional print and mailing covering both B2B and B2C markets including manufacturing, banking, pensions, construction, distribution and housing associations. Largely responsible for the growth and development of local government business he has successful developed relationships across a wide variety of departments within some of the UK’s leading Local Authorities.

Matthew Perkins

Business Development Manager

Matthew has over 25 years experience in the “mailing game” with hands on experience from production through to sales and loves helping customers find cost effective solutions to their customer communications. Consistently helping them meet their deadlines, keep within budget, whilst providing excellent project management on a day to day basis, Matthew has a great track record of providing invaluable assistance to a wide range of customers, from local authorities, housing associations and financial institutions, offering insightful knowledge on the ever changing postal market.

Dan Bennett

New Sales Manager

Dan started out as a machine operator within the direct mail industry over 15 years ago. Following a number of roles in various departments and gaining knowledge in each, he quickly progressed to a business development role. Dan is extremely customer focused and relishes the opportunity to add value to campaigns. With his vast experience in production, Dan has the ability to look at the most cost efficient way to produce a successful communication. Throughout Dan’s career, he has worked with the Financial, Retail and Charity sectors and has helped to increase ROI and has improved the customer experience.
